We promise that the price you pay will be at or below any reputable competitor.  We will stand behind what we sell, and we will be around next year to continue to do that.  Reputable companies are everywhere.  So are less than reputable companies… working out of their garage or rental house.  We not only continually monitor our supplier’s quality and selection, we try to monitor the marketplace too, within our industry.

If you find a reputable window treatment dealer offering you the same quality of product, including the same brand, model, material, size and options with equal service and installation, we will refund you the difference.

Oh the stuff we’ve seen in 16 years!  We believe one of our most important jobs is to weed out the products that are going to break down on you in a couple of years, or that will just plain turn ugly due to wear, fading, etc.  We promise that we will strive to offer you quality products with the best workmanship possible with your custom fabricated window coverings.  And often at better prices than others are selling low quality products for!

Most of our window treatments come with limited lifetime warranties.  Normal wear and tear,  your dog having lunch on your blinds, are not covered though.  Nobody does and don’t let them tell you otherwise.  We are ethical and honest about what we do, from start to finish.  We are probably the only window treatment dealer in Arizona with a full-time customer service manager.

We know your time is valuable and we try to respect that in all that we do.  If we aren’t respecting your time, we’ll reward you with a Gift Certificate.  We guarantee that your Arizona Blinds consultant will be at your home or business on time, or within an hour of your appointment time.  And we’ll always strive to call.

We will also promise that your installation technician will arrive within your scheduled window or that you will be notified if there is a delay.  If either of your consultant or your installation technician fails to arrive within the scheduled time frame agreed upon, we will give you a $25 gift certificate!
