Walter installed the cornice bards today and they are absolutely gorgeous! They add so much to the room(s). They add warmth, elegance and class. They block out the sun and act as a sound barrier. The cornice board in the family room (Nick of Time) brings out the pattern in the chair we had a difficult time finding a fabric that would match up even more. It is amazing! Both fabrics work well with not only the cabinetry, but also the blue walls. Who knew? Everything blends so nicely. Our kitchen is finally complete.
Avril did a beautiful job in constructing the cornice boards. They are beautiful! I asked Walter to let her know, but please tell her too for me. Perhaps I should give her a call. I also appreciate that Walter was able to do the install on a Saturday.

After receiving multiple quotes on blinds for my house I determined that Arizona Blinds was far superior in quality and customer service. They spent time helping me put together a design that I would ultimately be satisfied with instead of being rushed and hurried during the initial appointment. The other thing I appreciated was all my questions regarding warranty, cost, etc were answered directly instead of circumventing the question like other companies did
The blinds were installed yesterday and they look great. I appreciate the advice and design consultation.

Hi Phil,
Both Ben and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our recent installation of window tint. What a noticeable difference it has made in the temperature of our home! The day after it was applied we came home from errands (keeping the A/C set at 78) and were surprised at how much cooler our home was than it usually is (the outside temp. was 108 that day). And this was with no other window coverings on the windows! Also, the bronze color has cured the harsh, bright, interior look of the rooms. Not only do all of the rooms (we had the installers add two north facing windows before they left as well) look more appealing, but they are so much cooler than before.
Now on to the Basswood blinds which were installed yesterday. Also another step to making our home more appealing and hopefully a bit more energy efficient. We finally have privacy! The blinds look great (we are looking forward to the fabric treatment), however, the installer discovered several damaged in shipping pieces on the window above the kitchen sink. He assured us that this would be taken care of.
We are looking forward to the shutters being installed in a few weeks, and I can't wait to start that tedious process of looking through the fabric books!

Thank you for taking care of the matter by letting Mike know about the situation. He came out and we are in the process of repairing the space that had occurred due to Engle's construction crew not knowing how to use a level.
Mike is a wonderful employee, and a great representative of the company. If you give out Employee of the month or year, Mike should be a winner. He is a true example of " Give them the Pickle Award", and if you want to know what that is, Chris will be happy to tell you about it. It does have to do with Customer Service at its highest, and that truly would be Mike.
Thank you again, and if it is not too much trouble, I would like to have the windows on the second floor measured for shutters also. Mike suggested them in order to keep the house uniformed and even. See, a true representative of your company.
